The Transaction Screen Process is performed by KAM applying ASTM standard E1528 on those properties where there is sufficient information that indicates that a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment in not necessary.

KAM conducts Phase I Environmental Site Assessments on commercial property following the ASTM standard E1527 to ensure conformity with EPA's "All Appropriate Inquiry Rule", that offers the new owner protection against possible environmental liabilities.
