- Commercial Property Condition Assessments (ASTM E 2018)
Property Condition Assessments are performed by KAM's professional personnel on a parcel of commercial real estate in order to characterize in the most objective manner possible the general physical condition of the property, describe any visual damages, inefficiencies or construction flaws and provide an estimate of the cost associated with repairing such damages, inefficiencies or flaws. In conducting Property Condition Assessments, KAM follows the industry standard, which is ASTM E 2018.
In a typical Property Condition Assessment, a property document review and a walk-through survey are performed by KAM's qualified personnel. The walk-through survey includes at a minimum the following actions and observations:

- Paving, curving and parking
- Flatwork
- Landscaping and appurtenances
- Recreational facilities
- Utilities and special utility systems
- Roofing
- Plumbing
- Heating
- Air conditioning and ventilation
- Electrical system
- Vertical transportation
- Life safety / Fire Protection, and
- Interior elements (lobbies, corridors, assembly areas, etc.)
